Delivery Service Expansion x NHS
Overview
As part of Costa Coffee’s strategy to boost revenue, I led the development of an in-app delivery service at Milton Keynes University Hospital, supporting their “Coffee to You” growth initiative.
My Responsibilites
Mapped the user flow to seamlessly integrate the new delivery option.
Designed and implemented the new feature to align with the existing app experience.
Built and tested an interactive prototype, leveraging usability and A/B testing to refine the solution.
Worked closely with developers to ensure smooth backend integration.

I led the design of a new delivery service, driving Costa Coffee's expansion into digital delivery and creating new revenue opportunities.
Desk Booking System
Overview
At AND Digital, I helped design a brand-new internal desk booking tool to support hybrid working. The goal was to make it simple for employees to find and reserve desks across different offices.
My Responsibilities
Designed the full user journey from scratch — from browsing availability to booking and managing reservations.
Created wireframes and a high-fidelity prototype covering key features like search, filters, confirmations, and booking management.
Developed and contributed UI components to the internal design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Partnered with a Product Owner and devs in agile sprints to define features, unblock delivery, and get the product out fast.
Impact
The desk booking system raised user satisfaction 75%, cut search time 40%, and boosted attendance 83%—driving real hybrid work improvements and employee experiences.
